Kiyono is the ISO 20022 standards expert with more than two decades of experience in supporting the standards adoption for corporates, banks and regulators in the payments, treasury and cash management business domains. She is part of the management team of Common Global Implementation Market Practice to simplify ISO 20022 implementation for Corporates. Also she contributes to interbank standardisation through participation in the Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus Group and Payment Standards Evaluation Group.

Prior to Swift, she worked for HSBC’s Global Payments and Cash Management and Bank of America’s Global Treasury Services in Tokyo and Singapore.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Singapore Management University (2019), Master of Business Administration from Deakin University, Australia (2006) and Bachelor of Science Honors from City University, UK (1998).
