KYC-SA Grant All setting management

Sharing counterparty attestation data is a key element in the cyber risk management process. In order to share KYC-SA attestation data, access requests are sent to counterparties, and they have to be individually processed, unless the Allowlist function is in use.
In order to simplify the management of requests to access attestation data, the Grant All function will be activated in KYC-SA in November 2020. After Grant All activation, both new and pending access requests sent from messaging counterparties correspondents to institutions which are opted in to Grant All will be granted automatically.
By default, all institutions are opted in to the Grant All function. Each institution decides whether they wish to opt in or out of Grant All, and its KYC-SA Security Officers can perform this change when required, without the need to inform request help from Swift.

If you wish to opt out of Grant All, or if you wish to opt in again after opting out, KYC-SA security officers can perform this change from September 2020 when the Grant All setting becomes available.
Please note that changing the Grant All setting will be applied to all of the BICs which your institution manages in KYC-SA.

Prerequisites:
You must be a KYC-SA Security Officer to perform these tasks.
