Universal Confirmations
To ensure that all Swift customer payments can be fully tracked, FIN users will be required to provide a "confirmation" to the Tracker. This will enable transparency, richer information, and superior user experience across the end-to-end payment processing chain and to the benefit of all eligible FIN users.

Universal Confirmations
All eligible FIN users (of categories SUPE and PSPA) have access to Universal Confirmations by default. A usage rule applies to MT 103, MT 103 STP, MT 103 REMIT, requiring all FIN users to confirm the status of the transaction to the Tracker within maximum two business days following its value date. Five channels are available to confirm payments to the Tracker: Basic Tracker GUI, MT 199, XML ISO, CSV Batch Confirmations and API.
Subscription to the API service must be done for each non-gpi BIC that will confirm payments using the Universal Confirmations API. Please place the test order first before the corresponding live one.
