Swift recruits senior financial executive to its leadership team
Anna Agafonova joins Swift from American Express, where she was Global CFO of American Express Global Business Travel. She brings a wealth of experience in finance, including audit and control, forecasting, budgeting and reporting functions, across a range of business types and industries.
Prior to joining American Express, Agafonova held a variety of roles in financial audit at Ernst & Young; in the manufacturing industry at Treofan; in the automotive industry at Magna International; and in the private equity industry at Viewpoint Capital Partner.
Anna brings significant financial acumen and experience, which will support Swift as it continues to deliver its strategic objectives.
Agafonova will take up her position on 15 October 2018 and will be based at Swift’s headquarters in La Hulpe, Belgium.
